Cheston Cox leads the strategic direction and daily operations at Ubiquian. With a deep background in technology and operational strategy, he focuses on taking complex organizational challenges off the plates of busy founders and decision-makers.
He co-founded Ubiquian to build a different kind of technology partner: One rooted in clarity, trust, and real human responsiveness. Cheston works directly with leaders to ensure every system, security control, and workflow we put in place actively supports their long-term vision and protects their bottom line. Outside of guiding the firm, he enjoys traveling, reading, and learning about the latest technology.
Reinard Cox
Chief Technology Officer & Principal Architect
Reinard Cox oversees the technical architecture and engineering standards across all Ubiquian client systems. A specialist in infrastructure design and workflow automation, he focuses on eliminating software bloat, protecting client data, and executing clean, zero-downtime cloud migrations.
Throughout his career, Reinard has focused on turning chaotic, disjointed digital setups into quiet, reliable systems. He co-founded Ubiquian to give growing organizations access to executive-level technical oversight without the corporate overhead, helping leaders stand on a digital foundation they can trust completely. Outside of designing quiet tech stacks, he enjoys hiking.

Client Relations Manager
Elizabeth Ribao serves as our Client Relations Manager, acting as a direct bridge between local business leaders and our technical team. Drawing on her extensive experience as a Lead Tax Advisor, Elizabeth understands firsthand the administrative friction, compliance pressures, and hidden costs that drain a team's focus.
At Ubiquian, she works closely with local professionals to identify pain points, ensuring our custom setups deliver true peace of mind. Based in South Florida, Elizabeth enjoys connecting with the local community, advising on business health, and salsa dancing.
